Car parking

Cars, which are believed to belong to Council supported operatives constantly park on the pavement, blocking the path for pushchairs and others. These cars could easily be parked on the road as it is bligthed by trafic humps.

My email was passed to Highways section & they denighed responsibility so I email them back indicating that they should return query to proper department. Still awaiting action as problem persists.
