Drinking and antisocial behaviour

Sent to Cornwall Council and Carrick District Council less than a minute later

The plot of green on Rosewin Hill which children play on has been taken over by youths drinking and drug taking and lots of antisocial behaviour this is because our Council will not tackle this reported problem.

The District Council are going to bring in a no drinking ban in this area and have been in contact and sent the local police to see us,Well done to this site

Penweathers Lane and the old railway track towards Newham has litter along it. There are two burst 'black bin liners' full of cans and other debris on the track.
