Conservation area illegal advertising

There is commercial advertising on a house on the corner of Cathedral Road and Teilo Street in Pontcanna. This is a Conservation Area and there is no planning permission for the signs. It is an unsightly blot in this beautiful area where no side streets have any advertising permitted.
