This is our property marked with the tag .For the past few months a dog that stays just down our street has been regularly fouling on the pavement outside our house .This evening 23rd of august at approximately 7.30 the owner and three girls in varieying ages watched as the said dog to put it politely did #2 then lifted his leg and did a #1 whilst viewing them i decided to approach them to ask politely if they could dispose of the #2 but they ignored my request .I am sure they wouldnt take kindly to this happening at their front door .I know where the owners and the dog live just 9 houses down the street on Boyndie Street the house is called "Hillcrest" .Hopefully a small word with them will rectify the problem .They also have a son approximately 16 years of age who has let the dog foul numerous times .A couple of our freinds saw him let the dog foul and never picked it up .Hopefully they will listen If you get the dog warden to have a word and explain the law on dog fouling and the maximum fine that they could get .
