Please can we have speed restriction measures in Eastfields before we have accidents and not wait till we have had three.

All the council say is because we have not had three accidents in 2 years we do not qualify for any traffic calming measures. When we have an accident (Which I pray we do not) the council workers will have some explaing to do.
