Unable to walk on the path because of bushes and trees overgrown

The footpath that runs from halfway down dilworth lane where the junction of lower lane is opposite all the way down to the resevoir opposite mark cleggs dairy is totally un passable. the bushes are so over grown myself and my kids have to walk on the road which is so dangerous as its on a bend,

The bushes behind my house have overgrown so much that my back gate is almost totally hidden. My grandaughter enters and leaves via this gate and has to try to push jagged branches to one side to gain access. Can these bushes please be gut right back to allow free access ?

after ringing the council nothing has been done we were given reference number and told to ring back in 10 days if it hadnt been done so we did and still nothing
