Overgrown Trees and Bushes

Sent to Rossendale Borough Council less than a minute later

From the entrance to Highbury, up to Bolton road North, A676, trees and bushes overhang the pavement. This path is used daily by several children going to school. It also causes them to get wet following rainy weather, as the foliage brushes their clothes.
