Fouling sites all along pathway

Please can this be cleaned up and some sort of promotion locally with shops giving out free poop bags as is done in Askham.

Although there is one bin at the end of the path near the Bow Bridge, more could be done to encourage people to pick up their dog's mess.

Not aware of any moves to promote use of poop bags or additional bins. Still fouling present.
