This vehicle has been abandoned for over 8 weeks outside the house of number 21, Morecambe LA4 4PA. It is displaying an out of date tax disc which expired Sept 2007. IT IS ILLEGAL AND WE WANT IT OFF THE AVENUE. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT WE CAN DO.
