Deep ruts along road

Along some parts of this road the surface has been compounded by heavy traffic causing very long deep ruts in the road. It is very difficult for some vehicles to use this section of road as the underside of cars are scraping along the high point between the ruts. Especially under wet conditions this road has little gripping surface and is in a dangerous condition

I was informed the road repairs would carried out within a month of the report being submitted. As yet nothing has been done.
My experience of getting the problem fixed, is, after reporting this problem and other problems nothing gets done to resolve the issues. I feel that it is becoming a waste of time reporting problems.
