Dog owner not co-operating

Dog being allowed out by owner and fouling grass area. Have politely spoken with the owner asking him to stop only to receive abuse in return. Seven new piles each week. Never any problem of this sort for twenty years until new dog owner moved into area. I have removed excrement again today 8.8.08, an unpleasant task!
