Water leak

Water is leaking from footpath area between 174 & 176 iveson drive the water is currently entering my front garden at 174 from the path and is effecting my fence and shrub area and retaining wall,and concerned could be effecting my foundations,i have consulted yorkshire water and returned with a report of not there issue and was advised to contact enviromental agency,and they didnt seem to think it was there problem,so please could you resolve this water problem,

COUNCIL INSPECTOR CAME TO VIEW MANY TIMES ALSO WAS IN CONTACT BY PHONE WHICH WAS GOOD,HE ALSO SAID THE ISSUE COULD BE YORKSHIRE WATER BUT THEY DENIED AND SAID NOT US, SO HE IS NOW ON TO THE CABLE COMPANY MAY BE THEIR PROBLEM SOMETHING TO DO WITH DRAINAGE ANYWAY STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM STILL AWAITING TO BE FIXED

DISCUSSED NOT A THING HAS HAPPEND TO CURE THIS WATER LEAK IN 3 MONTHS NOW,TALK ABOUT WASTING WATER.ALSO THE DAMAGE EFFECTING MY FRONT GARDEN.THESE ARE THE COMPANIES THAT HAVE SAID NOT OUR PROBLEM YORKSHIRE WATER LEEDS CITY COUNCIL HIGHWAY ENVIROMENTAL SO WHO IS IN CHARGE???
