In the BMW MINI car park a white PEUGEOT 106 XLD reg P790WTL has been abandoned. The tax is also out of date.

In case you haven't had a response to this yet from any council, I don't see what business it is of theirs if a car is abandoned on privately owned land. I suspect it is BMW's job to take some kind of civil action and they'd be the first ones to approach.
