Seagulls

We really need to sort out the seagull issue in this area - not only are they very loud 24hrs a day (mainly noticed in the early hours of the morning) , but they cause a huge mess of our streets. It's not plesant or hygenic to step over soiled nappys in the morning. - suggest maybe that larger black bins are provided for the residents that live around this area?
