Kids destorying the park and fences

The kids in my local area are destorying the park and a fence (which belongs to a home which is not on our esate). Many residents have moaned at the kids but we cant watch them all the time. Would be great if the local council can hunt down these kids and speak to there parents many of them live on the esate not near the park so they dont know what they kids are doing to the local area.
