I sorted it myself by speaking to the Tenant occupants. Oxford City Council did absolutely nothing other than email to say they would do something. This Street continues in the same vain, plagued with abandoned shopping trollies, rogue land lords poor tenants ect. Drunks hanging around the shops, Over flowing bins and broken glass, some of which has been on the ground since before Christmas.
