Sea defence/wall between the sticky out bit/parking & no.62a The Neuk Newbank,Seatown,Gardenstown. There has been water pouring out of the wall/road continously for over a week. In the past this has happened after rain, but this has been continous even in the dry weather.This has been reported before both to council & Sepa but nothing gets done. Photo has previously been put on
