People using drives illegally.

There are a few people in De Frene Road that are using their front gardens as drives and have NOT paid to have to kerb dropped, like some of us. Can they be made to stop using it? The houses are number 58,56 & 46.

Driving a vehicle on a footway where there is no crossover is a criminal offence (Road Traffic Act 1988). If you would like to email me - ideally with some photos of the specific addresses, I'll try asking our Highways engineers to write to them.
