Overhanging trees

Sent to Craven District Council 4 minutes later

At the rear of my property are trees owned by Network Rail. They overhang my property are are I think in danger of falling onto my property. It took me 6 months of phone calls and emails and letters from Sept 06 to March 07 to get Network Rail to cut off some branches. The trees have grown again and I cannot get Network Rail to do anything. Could you possibly send someone to assess the danger and contact Network Rail on my behalf? My address is 3 Springfields BD23 1HF
