Vandalism and litter

Sent to Ashford Borough Council and Kent County Council 47 minutes later

In and around the area of East Stour Way/ Fairview drive grassed area. Trees have been broken and constant littering of grass verge. Also vandalism of bike sheds for east stour way flats is leading to youths from the social housing opposite hanging around , drinking alcohol and graffiti. This problem appears to be getting out of hand
