Beggars

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 3 days, 38 minutes later

Uncouth beggars are a threatening and eternal presence outside the Co-op on Walton Street. Their late night smoking and drinking, not to mention lewd comments about passing females should not be tolerated.

I will also be contacting the Big Issue: if they are legitimate sellers, they are breaking the rules.
