Alpha Cars car park

The car park and area near the rubbish bins of Alpha Cars in East Park is constantly full of rubbish. This is not only unsightly but it also attracts rats (especially with it being near the railway). Complaints have been made to the managers of the Alpha Cars on several occasions but they have done nothing to improve the situation.

I suggest sending Alpha Cars a written warning informing them that if they do not improve the situation thair business will be shut down.
