Sunken manhole covers

Several manhole covers have sunk. They are all in line with the offside wheels and cause violent jolts.

Still no repairs have been done 6 weeks after reporting the problem via this online method. There are also potholes at the edges of the road appearing in the vicinity of these sunken manhole covers, where temporary repairs to some have been carried out, but some have not been repaired, which would cause grave damage to car suspension and potential subsequent claims to the Council.

I cannot understand why this is taking so long to be fixed - has anyone else complained - maybe it needs a concerted effort?
