Berkley Close has a prive car park for residents at this particular point. A resident of Albrighton Croft thinks that because he drives a pick up truck and doesn't fit in his car park he has the right to park it in a resident car park blocking in people who actually need this car park and whose spaces are actually on the deeds of there house. We have replaced broken fence panels so he stops parking his truck and walking through but he actually takes them down and throws them in the bushes. The car park is starting to look like an NCP car park when he parks his truck and leaves other cars there! Please place a stop to this.
