Grass verge

Sent to Leeds City Council 3 weeks, 3 days, 4 hours, 9 minutes later
Due to the narrow street. Parking has to be partly on the small grass verge to allow access for the house opposite to gain access to their drive.This has resulted in a deep groove being worn about 11cm deep. Is it possible to have a hardcore base put down to withstand the weight of a vehical.Everyone parks partly on the footpath if they have reason to call in the culdesac as a matter of courtesy to others.
