Dumped rubbish

About 1.5 miles north of Beggars Bush, Titch Hill, BN15 is a car park. Hidden in the long grass at the bottom end of the car park is a lot of rubbish around a waste bin station which appears to be not empted any more. Please can the site be cleared?
