Dog fouling

Dogs keep fouling outside gate at rear of house. Seems to be in evening and have seen dogs off lead but not sure where they are from.

I have tried scent off and other repellents, washing with Jeyes fluid and brushing away.

Health and safety issue now as son keeps treading in it. Reported it to dog warden years ago but still a problem.
