Rubish left outside back gate

No. 57 trefoil cres. outside by back gate concrete block and tree/branches and back gate broken and garden has a lot of broken items, also general appearance of house is bad.

although we appreciate this is probably not a council house the back fence and gate are in a very poor/dangerous state - can you chase the owner???

Also whilst I am on to you our neighbours who are still council tennants, No. 65 have a block gutter which is overflowing into our garden, could this please be looked into. We have had ours cleared but the problem also comes from theirs. Many thanks
