Behing the shops in Bropughton, there has been a white van for a few weeks now, it is leaking oil and there is a large pool underneath. During the recent bad weather, i noticed the run off water going into the drains had the oil film on it and was pouring into the drains. Can this be checked please as this will contaminate the water table
