Illegal dangerous access onto A59

Very dangerous junction. Illegal road opening made, new access formed onto A59 Trunk Road, made to non-adoptable standard, no acceleration lane, no deceleration lane, slabs cast out into road with no traffic management, Work done with no supervision, Street light number 363 removed, no visibility splay, no final signage, no legal agreement with Highway Authority, access is into retail outlet (Mrs Dowsons Ice Cream Farm). This 60MPH road has a history of serious accidents, HA is put on notice that should another occur then they will be publicised as knowing this and make liable (possibly to Corporate Manslaughter).(duplicate post as previous showed slightly incorrect location)
