Dangerous pedestrian barrier

Sent to Walsall Borough Council less than a minute later

For many months now the barrier on the central reservation of the A4148 - Wallows Lane - has been left in a dangerous and unsightly state as a result of vehicle damage. The road surface is presently being re done - would it be possible for the barrier to be repaired at the same time?
