Litter on grass verge of garage forecourt

The grass verge at the Wolvercote roundabout was covered in litter today when we stopped off. It needs a proper litter pick. The bin outside the garage shop (nearest the A40) was full to overflowing too. The toilets there also smell extremely unpleasant - I feel a bit of a health hazard.

Council Mowing team leave grass clippings all over pathways, also when they leave an area that they have done clippings all over the road. Why can't they clip the curbs and clean up the curbs and clippings. Make a good job ab Great Job!!!
