Noisy Drain Cover

I'd be most grateful if you could fix a drain cover that makes a loud 'clank-clank' every time a car drives over it.
The drain cover is outside 319 Ballards Lane (Pearl Assurance House) in North Finchley, (opposite Aldi).
I previously reported this problem, in addition to a pot hole next to the drain cover, under case ref 90237988 and 90237755.
The pot hole has been filled in, but unfortunately the drain cover still rattles.
If there's anything you can do to silence the cover it'd be most appreciated. It's keeping me awake at night!

Drain cover has been replaced with a non-metal cover which has completely fixed the problem.
Many thanks to the council for dealing with this so quickly.
