Tetbury Road, Cirencester: A sandbag has been lying on the pavement for more than a week now with no obvious indication of why it is there or where it came from. It could present a trip hazard especially in the dark.

  • The sandbag was moved to behind a signpost out of the way, but has since been moved back onto the pavement.
