Potholes in this road

Hi there are alot of potholes in this road can these be filled in please they run the entire lenth of the road from the northlanarkshire boundry to the traffic lights on hamilton road/a74 please fill them in as i have had to replace a wheel due to water discusing the potholes/ ruts
