Warzone?

Pacific Quay (between back of STV and back of BBC) looks like some kind of warzone. Several issues: Smashed bus shelter just east of point marked. The shattered glass has been all over the pavement for weeks, slowly dispersing, but I am still walking in the road to avoid it. Several streetlights are out just at the entrance to Bruro Happold office. This is bad because a lot of cars do rapid u-turns here due to not being able to turn right across the squinty bridge. I have nearly been run over in the dark on many occasions by these manoeuvres! Hoardings all over the place from the winds weeks ago. Just west of the marked point this is obstructing the footpath. Thanks for any action.
