Pavement far too wide

The Pavement on entrance to the civic centre carpark on the left hand side is far too wide and causes vehicles especially trucks to run over on the other side of the road into oncoming traffic it needs to be taken in atleast 3 feet how it was when it was first completed. Thankyou
