30 and 40 mph speed limit signs

Dear council authority representative,

I am writing this email as the 30 and 40 mph speed limit signs that situated somewhere between hoyle court road and kirklands lane on Otley road Charlestown Baildon do not seem to have working lights inside them on both sides at both ends. The closest landmark to these signs is probably the Public House The Halfway House formerly The Q's.
