This public footpath is disgraceful

The houses at either side of this public footpath dump garden waste, students walking to school throw rubbish, there are bins,old bicycles, for sale signs, I know the council has tried before to clean up this area, but can they not do it once a year? instead of once every 5 years!! Thanks for your time.

The pothole in frontof No:39-41 Dukes Bros is open. The Iron protector cover is missing and thus it is dangerous for the pedestrians.
