Road dirt blocking ducts.

Outside of Cowgrove farm from the junction of Roman Way and the start of Cowgrove common is a ditch protected by a concrete ridge. Road dirt/earth has built up over the years and blocks the ducts which allow water from the road to enter the ditch. Attempts by locals to keep the ducts open are usually thwarted as soon as a large vehicle passes through and pushes the earth back over the ducts. It really needs a machine to scrape away the soil so that the ducts have a fighting chance to stay free of debris. There is a similar situation at the other end of Roman Way as far as the lane leading to "Colmar" but the flooding promlem isn`t admittedly as bad as outside Cowgrove Farm.
