Missing drain/manhole cover

In the pavement at the entrance of the driveway to nos 2 & 4 beaufighter grove (immediately off to the right of beaufughter grove proper) there is a plastic cover missing on one of the two inspection covers, Very dangerous for pedestrians in the dark at this time of year with dark mornings and early dark nights.
