Noise Nusiance

Chronic noise nuisance, has gone on since Summer 2007. Teenage boy and friends playing drums and electric guitars accompanied by amplifiers and microphones. Their address is: 10 Glebecroft Avenue, Elton, Chester. Unbearably loud noise. Frequent bad language. Various times of day, both weekdays and weekends. Reported to police twice. Reported to Council numerous times. Parents have taken no action despite our complaints (including in person). We have been verbally abused with accusations on several occasions by people who believe the noise to come from our property. No peace and quiet in our home. Unable to spend time in our own garden when this noise occurs. We also feel we will be unable to sell our property for a fair price as a result of this teenager and his behaviour. It is causing great amounts of stress and we are becoming concerned about impact on our health. The Council always say there is 'no-one available' for us to speak to when we call, and promise to call back. We have NEVER had a callback. Please help us!
