Vandalism

Sent to Lancashire County Council and Burnley Borough Council 47 minutes later
the local children ages approx. 11/13 are constantly vandalising St Marys school leaving the walk through path at the side of my house litttered with bricks, sticks etc.An incident occurred between easter sunday/monday where a concrete slab was thrown through my sunroof of my car. I blame the youngsters for digging up bricks slabs etc. had the slab not been there then this may not have happend. This was reported to the police and has been aprox. the 6th incident to involve car damage, this is possible due to the lack of street lighteneing. The area has always been very popular for home buyers but the last couple of years has seen a decline regarding litter, dog mess and vandalism. The children live on the estate but always gather in this area to annoy residents rather than stay near their own homes.

Updates
The vandalising has calmed but the dog mess is spreading and getting worse. There are no pooper bins along this path and there are several dog owners using this path, some are so early in the the morning it has been messed before the school starts. Its dangerous for the achool children as if touched there are certain diseases that dog faeces can cause e.g. blindness
very young children are finding rubbish from gardens and throwing it all over the area at the side of ST marys school and ajoining houses Someone dimped empty drinks bottles at the side which then got smashed twice by these children. Dog mess is getting worse every day and I have had graffiti written on my walls. Domonic H Witney. I refuse to paint the outside this year as it seems really pointless due to the untidy mess arising
