Rubbish in canal

Generally lots of rubbish in the canal from Hoole Lane Bridge to Tarvin Road bridge. Needs a clear out, but responsibly, as there are lots of nesting birds at the moment.

Unfortunately, despite an automated e-mail from Chester City Council to say they've got my query and would respond in 10 working days, i've heard nothing.
