Traffic backed up

Chaos reigns again at the Oxford Square/Preston New Rd/West Park Drive section. The road is coned off to one lane again and NO workmen or equipment about! The traffic is trying to turn onto Preston New Rd and is blocking the whole area. Can someone please remove the cones before there is an accident? Thank you.
