Street lights

Can someone urgently advise when the street lamps will be repaired which are in the alleway between the section of Lowther Road, Cranbrook Road, Morley Road, these where actually reported on the 24th November at the PACT meeting, Rachel did herself go and have a look, but still nothing has been done and we are now on the 8th DECEMBER this i find very difficult to accept that it can take up to 2 weeks just to change the LAMPS ??? your earliest reply would be very much appreciated
