Non compliance with smoking legislation by Managment Company

On Thursday 17th april 2008, two smoking enforcement officers visited this estate(29-36 Trevorder rd Torpoint, pl11 2ns) with regard to complaints about smoking in non smoking areas. The directors of the managment company for this estate asked for the council to get invovled and enforce the legislation. Several people were spoken to,and they have started to smoke outside of these areas, but the directors of the managment company are still being non-compliant by not placing signs in the areas covered by the legislation, including their registered office at 29C trevorder rd. As the directors are the ones who wanted the council to become involved,they are now breaking legislation that they wanted enforced by not displaying signage in the affected areas.
