Reported in the Flytipping category by Stuart Harris at 12:46, Tue 22 April 2008
Sent to Blyth Valley Borough Council 4 minutes later

One of the residents of Porlock Court has trimmed large branches from a conifer in his or her back garden and dumped them next to the path by the school. It is obvious where the branches have been cut from.

The conifer branches remain dumped. I find it incredible that the council are incapable of enforcing the laws on fly-tipping.
