Dangerous and incomplete works

Holes have been dug to make connections to new lampposts is Aldebert Terrace and St Stephen's Terrace - but the holes were dug three weeks ago with no sign of any work done since. Barriers have been blown or knocked down, pavements are completely blocked, and the whole thing is getting increasingly messy and dangerous. The work needs to be properly completed - or at the very least, the worksites made safe in the meantime.

This should have now been resolved, as the principle engineer for that area has indicated that all holes have been filled

It is far from being resolved: the holes have been partly filled in, but the pavement has not been restored, and in a number of places the pavement is completely blocked, forcing pedestrians to walk in the road outside parked cars.
