Constant dog muck on pavement

For the last couple of weeks the dog muck on Lombard road (left side) has been getting worse, there is children playing & I myself have to push a pram on these pavements can signage be improved to encourage dog owners to clean it up or pay the fine

  • Problem still not resolved & has the issue is worse now, would like to push by pram without having to dodge the dog mess.
